According to recent posts on Twitter, Facebook and other social media, users of the new Apple watch have found that after the launch of the Watch the readings of the heartbeat sensor are not as frequent as before
Everybody knows about the Apple Watch, right? Well if you don't, long story short it's Apple's new wearable gadget/watch that has a bunch of features, like activity tracking and a heartbeat sensor. After it became available many people purchased it and were mostly satisfied with it. However after a recent update (Watch OS 1.0.1), many users noticed that the frequency that their watch would read their heartbeat was reduced.
The changelog of the update did not mention anything about this particular change and the heart rate information page on Apple's web page was magically changed. It now says "attempts to measure your heart rate every 10 minutes, but won't record it when you're in motion or your arm is moving.", but previously there was no mention of such "feature".
